- Creating more forums and subforums to organize your discussions
- Making your forums public (for customer support forums, customer ideas) or private (for internal or closed group discussions)
- If you make your forums private, you'll need to add the e-mail addresses of the people you want to invite as members of your community
You can do all this from your
Settings control panel.
